Store Credit

Store Credit can be used to purchase anything in-store or on our website except for tournament entries & Pre-Orders. Store Credit spent on sealed products (Booster boxes, booster packs etc.) will incur 13% sales tax added onto the purchase as store credit used as a discount. 

Do you accept returns/refunds/cancellation?

 Pre-Orders may be canceled at anytime but will incur a 15% Processing Fee. No exceptions will be made.

In-store Pick up orders will endure a restocking fee of 15% after 30 days.

Unpaid orders must be paid within 7 days of the purchase date.

We do accept returns provided the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The item must have been sold on our online store
  • The item shouldn't have been used in any way
  • The buyer is willing to pay the return shipping                                                                                                                            
  • The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of delivery
  • The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

With the nature of trading card game products, we do not accept returns on sealed TCG items such as Booster Boxes, Booster packs, etc.

All Trading Cards are final sale.

We only purchase from official distributors to ensure you only receive authentic products.

Can I exchange an item?

We do accept exchanges, but only under the same conditions as returns.

In order to ask for an exchange, please mention that you would like your item to be exchanged with another item when preparing your return with our support. 

Missing/Damaged Items

FantasyForged is not liable for Stolen/Misplaced/Lost-in-transit orders that have been marked as delivered. If you are in an area where theft is a prevalent concern, we encourage you to opt for tracked shipping.

Returns/exchange/store credit is accepted for damaged products; small Tears, separations, or scuffs at the seams of factory-sealed product shrink wrap, and minor defects in packaging material not caused by external forces or factors are completely normal and will not be grounds for compensation. All our products are sourced from official Canadian Distributors and we are in excellent standing with the parent companies of all Trading Card Games we carry. Please Submit photo/video evidence at the time of opening to confirm the damages. Every order will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. 

If an order is shipped to a 3rd party company or freight forwarder, FantasyForged accepts no responsibility for any damages or issues that may arise from their services.

FantasyForged is not responsible for any customs, duties, or other taxes incurred during transportation, nor are we responsible if a parcel is opened for inspection at customs/border services. This will not qualify as an order for compensation as this is out of our control and not a decision of ours.

FantasyForged is not responsible for customers entering incorrect/incomplete addresses. Should an item not be properly delivered due to an incomplete/incorrect address provided to us - we assume no responsibility for the loss incurred.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Order Limits

We are dedicated to providing a player first experience. As such, we reserve the right to refund and cancel orders on cards with a quantity greater than 4 (Magic the Gathering, Lorcana, Pokemon, One Piece),  or 3 (Yugioh, Flesh and Blood). This is in place to prevent malicious purchasing habits that are not beneficial to the average player we strive to cultivate in our community.
