We will continue to ship your orders to you as quickly as possible, using alternate carriers for the duration of the strike. Unfortunately, at this time we expect there to be longer delivery times for all orders, regardless of carrier. As more information becomes available, we will update this page.
Q: How will you be shipping orders during the strike? Should I expect delays?
Orders made with our regular expedited shipping option will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, Canpar Ect. Longer delivery times are expected during the strike due to increased volumes for these carriers.
Q: Will I still be able to ship orders with the Letter Mail shipping option?
For now we are allowing customers to place orders for delivery via letter mail. Mail will not be processed or delivered during the duration of the strike and customers should expect longer than normal delivery times.
Q: If I place a order for non tracked can I later choose to have it tracked?
Orders currently packaged but not shipped may be upgraded to tracked shipping through ups at the buyers expense. You may email us at Support@FantasyForged.ca to inquire about adding tracked shipping.
Q: My order is already in the mail, what is going to happen to it?
Orders currently out for delivery with Canada Post will be delayed during the national strike. They will be delivered as quickly as possible on a first-in, first-out basis once operations resume.
Sincerly,
Fantasy Forged Team.
